Clinical Supervision

Clinical Supervision

My supervision style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity. I enjoy supporting provisional and early career psychologists. So often our training can tell us to be a ‘blank slate’ and we aren’t taught how to allow your humanness in the room.

I help you to feel confident to show up as your full, authentic self, without the pressure to “get it right”. Like therapy, I see supervision as a relational process, not just a clinical one. The relationship between supervisor and supervisee creates so much of the safety, honesty, and depth needed for real growth.

Drawing from a relational psychodynamic lens, I’m interested in what’s happening inside the therapist, between therapist and client, and within the therapeutic frame. I help supervisees develop their attunement to meaning, patterns, emotional experience, and their own personhood. Together we explore formulation, therapeutic process, boundaries, countertransference, risk, and the practical realities of sustainable clinical work.

I value clear, kind communication and the ability to have real conversations; the ones that stretch us, deepen our understanding, and make us better clinicians. I work alongside supervisees to help them develop their own voice, instincts, clinical reasoning, and confidence, while interweaving practical strategies to help you work best.

If this sounds like an approach that fits for you, I’d love to hear from you.
